John Burton

I'm a simple man with a computer keyboard and a desire to improve the way CRM software is curently developed, deployed, and (ab)used.

John Burton has been involved in the CRM industry since 1999.

John has an English degree from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Central Michigan University.

John has presented at various CRM conferences and events and has numberous publication credits. He is currently writing a technical book about a leading CRM call-center application.

When he is not working, writing, traveling, or running hundreds of miles through the mountains of California, John enjoys changing diapers and spending time with his wife and his new three-month old son.
