I believe call centers still have the mustaches to compete with Social-Media in the future. It will depend on whether they can keep up with the changes because, at the preset, nothing is changing between the two. Actually, call centers are trending, but so is social media.

I like the witty metaphor about the 1970's port mustache. Hehe. Yeah, social media has the capacity to banish call centers. But it's too early to tell, as call centers are coming up with solutions to catch up with the vicious cycles in IT and customer service.
